Celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss decorated Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s home for the holiday season this year
In an Instagram post shared by Weiss on Dec. 14, the couple gives a tour of the three evergreen trees and elaborate winter village they have on display in their L.A. home
Weiss writes in her caption that it was a “dream” to create the vintage Christmas tree and a “fantasy” to build the village for the couple
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are making sure their home has a bit of holiday cheer in every corner this year!
The newlyweds, who tied the knot on Sept. 27 of this year, turned to celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss to deck the halls of their Los Angeles abode and help them go all out with their decorations.
Weiss — who is known for her ultra-high-profile events, including Kris Jenner’s recent 70th birthday bash — shared Gomez and Blanco’s reaction to their home’s festive setup in an Instagram Reel on Sunday, Dec. 15.
The video begins with Gomez, 33, standing in the kitchen as Blanco, 37, asks her from behind the camera: “Are you ready to see the tree?” The pair then makes their way to one of the living spaces in their home where the colorful evergreen, which Weiss describes as “vintage-inspired” in her caption, stands tall in the corner of the room.

As Blanco gets closer to the tree, viewers can see all the stunning details Weiss made sure to include — from the silver tinsel to the old-school train set circling the outside.
Gomez then gets excited over the bedazzled Christmas tree skirt, as it “goes with my nails,” she says. She places her hand next to the gems for a visual, showing off her dazzling engagement ring in the process.

Food-shaped ornaments adorn the tree as Blanco lists each one: “milk, a little bagel, cheese, ham, seafood tower, shrimp,” he says.
He also makes a point to show off the jar of pickles hanging from the tree in honor of his wife’s favorite snack.

The couple’s third tree is located in the Only Murders in the Building star’s glam room.
Blanco records his wife coming out of the room as he asks her, “Do you like the glam room tree?” With a big smile on her face, Gomez exclaims, “I love the glam room!”
The record producer then gives viewers a closer look at the tree, which has frosted white needles to mimic the look of fresh snow, a treatment known as "flocking." Pink and purple lights adorn the evergreen, along with ornaments shaped like purses, hairdryers, fake eyelashes and hairdryers.

The glam room tree
Last but not least, the couple’s winter village appears to be the star of the show, as Blanco begins the tour by revealing a replica of the Rosebud Hotel from the beloved sitcom Schitt’s Creek.
The elaborate display also includes a skating rink with moving figurines, a tavern, a Dairy Queen and a dress shop with mannequins in the window. Mini snow-covered evergreens and glowing lamp posts complete the final look.

“Well I can check off my dream to create a fun vintage inspired xmas tree and….. my absolute fantasy to build a Christmas / Hanukkah village! Seriously a big vision board dream,” Weiss wrote in the caption. “@selenagomez and @itsbennyblanco understood my need to succeed with this task! I had help from @casablanca.creations and @butterflyfloral … next year the village is going to be a city! 🤶xox”
The video drew in a number of commenters who were in awe of the decor, including Ashlee Simpson Ross who wrote, “This amazing Mindy!!!! I love it.”

Earlier in December, Gomez and Blanco shared a look at the decorating process as they hung ornaments on one of their trees.

The Rare Beauty founder posted a carousel of images and videos on her Instagram feed showing the pair celebrating their “first Christmas as a married couple,” she captioned the post.
One timelapse video showed Gomez, who was dressed in a cozy grey sweater and shorts, placing baubles on the tree alongside her husband before leaning in for a sweet kiss. In another clip, the happy couple were seen cuddling up after decorating.
