Ozzy Osbourne's family was moved to tears during the 2026 Grammys' musical tribute to the late Black Sabbath rocker.

Nearly seven months after Osbourne died in July 2025 at age 76, the Grammys welcomed his wife, Sharon Osbourne, and children Jack and Kelly Osbourne, to witness a performance honoring their family patriarch.

The tribute happened near the end of Sunday night's show, and saw recording artists Post Malone, Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan, and Slash lead a star-studded set honoring Osbourne inside the Crypto.com arena in Los Angeles.

Throughout the performance of Black Sabbath's 1970 song "War Pigs," the camera cut to a shot of Sharon, Jack, and Kelly watching in the audience.

Sharon's eyes were largely shielded from view as she wore a pair of dark sunglasses, though Kelly was seen crying at the start of the song. She was eventually shown holding her hands up to her face as she watched the entertainer sing her father's song on stage.

Later, the camera cut back to the family, showing Jack standing as tears fell from his eyes.

At the end of the segment, the camera cut back to the family, with Jack applauding as he pointed to one of the performers on stage.

The tribute occurred during the Grammy's In Memoriam segment, which also featured performances by Lauryn Hill, Reba McEntire, and more.

Earlier Sunday night, Kelly spoke to *PEOPLE *and* * on the Grammys red carpet, and opened up about how her family keeps Ozzy's memory alive in the wake of his death.**

"There's so many things that we do," Kelly told PEOPLE and EW on the carpet. "We always keep a seat at the table for him, I light a candle every day for him. I wear a locket, which is under my dress so you can't see it, but it has his picture in it, and my baby opens it every day and gives it a kiss and says hi to Papa. And every time I see the clock at 11:11 I know that's him talking to me."

She also voiced approval for the artists the Grammys chose to honor her father.

"It's just such a beautiful thing that his peers are showing their love and respect for his work tonight and it's going to be an emotional experience for us," Kelly said, before responding to a question about how she's holding up amid her father's death by saying, "Ok. I won't lie. I won't be one of those people that say I'm fine because I'm not. It's the hardest thing I've ever been through in my life."

Ozzy died in July 2025, after having a heart attack while living with health issues related to Parkinson's disease.

Years before his death, Ozzy and his family starred in the popular MTV reality series *The Osbournes*, which ran for four seasons between 2002 and 2005 — the same years that Kelly followed in her father's footsteps by releasing two solo music albums, *Shut Up* and *Sleeping in the Nothing*.
