Milla Jovovich shared a heartfelt Instagram post marking her daughter Dash’s 11th birthday on April 1
The actress made her daughter a Twilight-themed birthday card
Jovovich and husband Paul W.S. Anderson are also parents to daughters Ever, 18, and Osian, 6
Milla Jovovich is celebrating her daughter’s 11th birthday!
The actress, 50, uploaded a heartfelt post on her Instagram on Wednesday, April 1, to mark her daughter Dashiel Edan's special day, calling her “the biggest heart in our family.”
Dashiel — adorably nicknamed “Dash” — is Jovovich and Paul W.S. Anderson’s second daughter. The pair also share daughters Ever Gabo, 18, and Osian Lark Elliot, 6.

“We are so lucky to have your laughter, your hugs, your smiles, your beautiful spirit that sees the best in everyone and always fights to find even the smallest trace of light,” Jovovich said of Dash.
"And you ARE that light, so it’s there, no matter what anyone says otherwise.”
The Resident Evil star sweetly described Dash as “the center of all our lives”, along with “The one who holds us all so tightly.”
She thanked her for “the love and care you share to anyone who you can see needs it. We cherish you. We love you.”
Jovovich accompanied some precious photos alongside the emotional caption, including one of Dash on the beach in a gray t-shirt.

She also crafted her middle daughter a Twlight-themed birthday card, which featured a cut out of Dash with long flowing black and blue sparkly hair, along with pictures of werewolves, moons and the characters Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson) and Jacob Black (played by Taylor Lautner).

The card read: “Happy 11th B-Day Dash!!”
Jovovich continued, “This year (as you can see) the bday theme is “Twilight” and I’m happy to say my card hit right😎. Though I’m going to keep finding glitter everywhere for a long time 😂.”
Being a fan of the vampire and werewolf film seems to further show that Dash has inherited her mom’s love of all things fantasy and horror.

Back in 2022, the mom of three shared a sweet image of the pair dressing up as zombies for Halloween by wearing scary makeup.
When Dash was born in 2015, Jovovich and Anderson’s eldest daughter, Ever, was excited to name her.
She revealed to PEOPLE some of the names included “Toilet Bowl” and “Bicycle Lane.”

Jovovich said at the time, "Actually, the name that we chose, she picked. I'm still open to suggestions, but we've been calling her one particular thing recently."
She met director Anderson, 61, on the set of Resident Evil in 2002. Jovovich starred as Alice in the action horror franchise, while Anderson wrote six of the films and directed four. The pair married in 2009 after they welcomed Ever.
The couple celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary in August 2025, with Jovovich describing her husband as "the rock we can be grounded on when we’re lost and the gentle sea that pushes and guides us towards beautiful shores," on Instagram.
