- Jack White is calling Donald Trump out for posting and then deleting an AI-generated image of himself as Jesus Christ on social media.
- "He's already got worst President in the history of America on lock, but I'm gonna go ahead and take the honor of pronouncing trump 'Worst American of All Time,'" he wrote.
- Trump explained that he thought the image depicted him "as a doctor, making people better. And I do make people better. I make people a lot better."
Jack White can tell that he and Donald Trump are not going to be friends.
The President continues to be bombarded by bipartisan criticism after posting — and then deleting — an image of himself as Jesus Christ on Monday. The most blistering yet has come from the White Stripes rocker, who has been a consistent critic of the Republican since he announced his first presidential bid in 2016.
"Hey evangelical Christians? Remember that anti-Christ you been squawking about all these years and how he'd present himself as Christlike and bring about the end of days with a final war in the Middle East involving Jerusalem?" he asked on Instagram. Rhetorically, of course, because he provided the answer as well.
"Well... check out your boy now!" he commanded, listing out several of the President's most recent scandals, from ramping up deployment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to the U.S. military allegedly bombing a school in Iran. If all that "didn't convince you that you fell for this deranged grifter, maybe this lil' post will?"
White wondered aloud "how can any so called Christian support him after this blasphemy? How could any Catholic support him after he attacks the character of their Pope multiple times? How did so many millions of people fall for this conman?"
White declared, "He's already got worst President in the history of America on lock, but I'm gonna go ahead and take the honor of pronouncing trump 'Worst American of All Time.'"

Trump's post supposedly likening himself to the Christian messiah comes just one day after he launched a tirade against Pope Leo XIV on his Truth Social platform, calling the pontiff "WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy," before noting, "I don't want a Pope who criticizes the President of the United States because I'm doing exactly what I was elected, IN A LANDSLIDE, to do."
On Monday, Trump doubled down on that criticism, telling CBS News correspondent Norah O'Donnell that he thinks the Pope is "wrong on the issues" and shouldn't "be getting into politics."
The AI-generated image he posted around the same time depicted him as Christ healing an unknown man while fighter jets, eagles, and what appear to be military personnel soar through the sky. When asked about the image by White House press, he explained, "I did post it, and I thought it was me as a doctor. And had to do with the Red Cross, as a Red Cross worker, which we support."
The President added, after ordering DoorDash to the White House to promote his no tax on tips policy, "It's supposed to be me as a doctor, making people better. And I do make people better. I make people a lot better."
When reached for comment, the White House referred * *back to this explanation.

White regularly roasts Trump on social media.
He lambasted the President reading from a "book on accomplishments" during a January press briefing. "Me do accomplishments! Trump smart. Good boy deserve Nobel Peace Prize," White wrote. "Dementia? What is? NO! Trump smart, pass brain test, name giraffe."
