In a new mock ad, Bob Odenkirk revives *Breaking Bad* and *Better Call Saul*'s Saul Goodman for a video in which the shady lawyer reminds people of their rights. But don't worry, Jonathan Banks' Mike Ehrmantraut approves this unexpected message.

“Hi, I’m Saul Goodman," Odenkirk says in character, back in his Saul costume and office. "Did you know you have rights? Well, you do. Sure, they’re old timey. They were written by a bunch of guys in powdered wigs and knee socks. Boring, but believe it or not, they’re still surprisingly relevant.”

Saul finishes his new commercial by telling perspective clients, "Know your rights, and for the love of Mike, don’t ever give ’em up." And then Saul's fixer Mike (Banks), in his typical dry and intimidating demeanor, shows up and declares, “I’m Mike, and I approve this message.”

It's unclear why and how this video was made, as there is no apparent sponsor or company behind it. *Better Call Saul* co-creator Peter Gould shared the clip on BlueSky and confirmed that it is real.

Inside the final days of 'Better Call Saul'

The greatest showman comes clean in the fascinating, frustrating final hour of 'Better Call Saul'

This is the first time that Odenkirk and Banks have played their iconic characters since *Better Call Saul* signed off in 2022. The *Breaking Bad* prequel ended by jumping ahead in time to the aftermath of the original series' finale, and Saul has been sent to prison for his crimes involving the late teacher-turned-drug kingpin Walter White (Bryan Cranston). Despite the less than ideal circumstances for Saul, Odenkirk hasn't fully dismissed the idea of returning to the universe.

"He’s not getting out. If there's another Saul show, it takes place inside prison," he said last year. "Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould created that show. They are some of the best writers who ever worked in TV. So if they were to think of something in that world, of course I would do it."

If only Saul had a lawyer to remind him of his rights!
